What is an the escape room game?
An escape room game is easy to play. Between four and ten
people can take part in each game. The players have 40
minutes to solve riddles
posed to them in the room. The goal is to complete the
mission as quickly as
possible.
Before the game, all participants receive an introduction
from the game master, who monitors the game the whole time
and can give tips.
Because of this, all of the participants should be present 15
minutes before
their booked slot. The games can be solved with teamwork,
concentration, team
spirit, and skill.
The time limit for
completing the mission successfully is 40
minutes. However, please plan approx. 1.5 hours for the
entire experience.
Are all of the objects in the room part of the
game?
No. Some objects are not part of the game and are clearly labelled as such. These include technical elements such as cameras, which are connected to the game administrator. Touching these elements is prohibited and will result in the game being stopped.
Can you leave the room
in case of an emergency?
The room is not locked.
Because of this, you can leave the
room at any time. The game master also monitors the group via
video camera, and
knows if something is wrong at all times. The video is not
saved.
What do I need to take part in the Escape Room game?
A cool head and a great attitude! The Lufthansa Group will provide the materials you need, which will be hidden or placed inconspicuously around the room. Logical thinking, puzzling and talking to your team members will help you figure out how to solve the many different riddles. You will need the support of each of your team members.
What happens if we
don’t solve the game within the 40
minutes?
If you cannot solve one
of the riddles, the group will
receive tips from the game master so that you can continue
the game. However,
tips will result in a two-minute penalty to the time for the
rankings list.
We have registered as a
five-person travel agency. Will just
the five of us be playing?
In principle, the game requires a group size of between four and a maximum of ten participants to play. Depending on demand, your booked slot may be filled with up to nine players. Therefore, you may be playing with participants who are not part of your registered.
Can I take anyone with
me into the Escape Room Truck?
Your invitation to the
Escape Room Truck is personal and
cannot be transferred. Unfortunately, due to the limited
number of
participants, no accompanying guests are allowed.
Does the Lufthansa Group pay for my transportation to the event location?
Unfortunately, we cannot pay for your transportation.
Is there a parking lot at the venue?
The escape room guests can use the parking lot.
Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes.
Depending on the location and time of day, different
refreshments and snacks will be available.
Do I have to play the
game, or is there any other way to
learn about Lufthansa Group Airlines on site?
Your contact person will
be very happy to inform you about
updates from the Lufthansa Group Airlines at a separate
appointment. If you
register for the Escape Room game, we assume you want to
play.
What happens after the game?
Our Key Account Managers await you after your "escape" with some refreshments during a small presentation and with time to go over your experience.
Why do I have to be on time for my session?
As this is a team event, you cannot join anymore once the session has started. Your team will have to start without you. So please be there at least 15 minutes before your session.
What happens if participants do not show up?
In principle, the game requires only a group size of
four
participants to play. If the team does not meet the minimum
size, the game
master will decide what to do next.
Can I cancel my
registration?
If you have a confirmed
booking and are unable to take part
in the Escape Room game, please cancel your registration
using the “Change
registration” button. It is provided in your
confirmation e-mail.
Do any costs occur in case I have to cancel my registration on short notice?
No, there will be no costs. However, we would appreciate it, if you would inform us as soon as you know that you are not able to make it to the session so that we can assign it to another guest, should the need occur.
Are there restrooms in
the truck?
No. However, there are restrooms located nearby the truck. On the day of the event, the Lufthansa Group staff will give you more information and directions.
Is there a coat room?
Yes. You will be able to
deposit your things in a designated
suitcase before the game. After the game, you can take your
things back out of
the suitcase.
Is there a dress code for the event?
No. The Escape Room is clean and hygienic. You can play in your normal office attire. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
